What You Bring

KASE is looking for a Sales Coordinator who is eager to learn about the Insurance industry. This role is a support position and the main responsibility is to assist the Sales team. It requires a strong work ethic, supreme administrative skills, an eye for detail, creativity and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

 Job Summary

  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g. proposals, submissions and presentations)
  • Provide general office support to 10+ Sales Team (e.g. filling, emails, typing, faxing, copying)
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify information in EPIC (Broker Management System)
  • Communicate with clients on behalf of brokers
  • Come up with new and innovative ways to create proposals etc.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc requests from team members
  • Other duties as assigned
