A few weeks ago, the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) announced their nominees for the Awards of Excellence 2019, recognizing KASE Insurance among some of the top insurance brokerages across the province. The Awards of Excellence Gala, the top performers in the insurance agency were highlighted for their hard work and dedication. The five distinct categories included Brokerage of the Year, Innovation of the Year, and more.
The winners were announced on October 25, 2019, naming KASE Insurance as the Brokerage of the Year! Congratulations to the entire team here at KASE Insurance. We are incredibly honoured to have been among some of the top insurance brokerages across Ontario within the IBAO and extremely humbled to have won.
KASE Insurance started not too long ago in 2016 by our founders Stanislav Kojokin and Arian Ebrahimi. Since then, we have grown into one of the top insurance brokerages in Toronto, offering specialty commercial insurance policies and plans. Under their leadership, we have striven to put customer service at the forefront of our business operations, assigning an enthusiastic and devoted account manager to every client. It is our top priority to ensure that our clients are well taken care of and proactively engaged in order to meet their every need. Despite our somewhat short existence, we have proven that we can deliver results. Our dedication to excellent customer service has earned us a 30% growth year-after-year and a 98% retention rate.
In addition to our client-facing work, we also aim to invest heavily in our own team. After all, the team of people here at KASE Insurance is the reason why we were even nominated by IBAO for Brokerage of the Year in the first place. Our team is constantly encouraged to continue their education and training as the insurance industry requires constant ideation and innovation in order to become a leader. Gaining exposure to such things through talks, conferences, and workshops achieve just that. Additionally, through initiatives that build our company culture, such as employee perks and frequent staff events, we have incubated a tightly knit team. The trust we have built between each member makes us the well-oiled machine that we are as we know we can depend on each other.
