• Manage the commercial book of business by working directly with Producers and Insurance companies on our commercial accounts. Upgrade all the processes and procedures to help us adapt to the growth that our brokerage is experiencing.
• Take over the rebuilding and processing of the admin side of the company including review of renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, cross-selling, up-selling and general inquiries including phone calls and emails.
• Represent KASE Insurance at industry events, build relationships with the insurance carriers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new producers and other associates.
Realistically, we need someone with an insurance designation and at least five years of commercial experience. Most important is a hands-on understanding of the commercial insurance products.
